This parrot has a light blue plumage and red beak, known as the Blue Indian Ring-neck Parrot. These parrots were originally seen in areas such as north and central Africa, the tropics of Asia and across southern China, now they are found almost anywhere, especially in the south of England where the population achieved feral proportions
